Northern Heights Rock Gym has two managers and several volunteer employees at any given time. We are always looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to pick up a weekly shift.

Credentials that we are looking for:

• You want to climb
• You are a safe climber
• You truly enjoy climbing and want to share your love for the sport with others

We ask that employees pick up one day a week to take as their shift. In exchange you get free membership to the gym, including access to the few free weights that we have available. It's a great resume-builder.

The gym hosts a number of events, birthday parties, and groups. We prefer employees that have a flexible schedule, allowing them to help out.

Belay Help

Because we only have so many full employees (all with varying schedules), we are always looking for extra belayers for birthday parties and other youth groups.

If you are interested in in helping out with our birthday parties or groups, please request to join our belay help Google Group.

Belayers receive cash or NHRG credit for each group they help with. We pay $15 for a two-hour party, or $8 an hour if you can only help for that long.
