Northern Heights Rock Gym

Northern Heights Rock Gym has a long and storied history in Grand Forks. In January of 2014 it was purchased by Ground UP adventures in an effort to ensure that our youth climbing programs would always have a home. The gym is a stand-alone business five days out of the week (Wed. through Fri.) but closed Monday and Tuesday for youth programming.
